Concerning the continuation of the regulation of conveyances, and, in connection therewith, implementing the recommendations contained in the 2021 sunset report by the department of regulatory agencies.
Bill Summary:
The act continues the regulation of conveyances and conveyance mechanics, contractors, and inspectors by the director of the division of oil and public safety within the department of labor and employment for 9 years, until September 1, 2031.
