Commissioner Snyder confirmed that he has not heard any opposition to the act. The act is a completely voluntary less cumbersome and costly option to traditional bankruptcy. It is a debtor-initiated option and should be a good addition to the Colorado statutes.

Commissioner Espenoza informed the commission of a drafting question regarding choosing a date between 90 and not more than 210 days in the bill, and that 120 days was chosen as a reasonable number of days. The bill is ready for finalization and introduction.
