Representative Bottoms, prime bill sponsor, presented House Bill 26-1049, concerning prohibiting the use of another individual's personally identifying feature without permission. The bill prohibits the unlawful use of personally identifying features in digital depictions, punishable as either a class 5 or class 4 felony. Representative Bottoms responded to questions from the committee.
