over as committee chair. Senators Kolker and Marchman, co-sponsors, presented
Senate Bill 26-103, which concerns public schools creating a specialized
school policy for at-risk students and requiring subdivisions to set aside
land for public schools. They provided opening comments and distributed
amendments L.002, L.003, L.004, and L.005 (Attachments A-D). |
