Minority Leader Simpson and Senator Kipp introduced House Bill 26-1120. The bill changes procedures for notification, collection, and enforcement of delinquent property taxes for mobile homes.

Holly Ryan, representing the Douglas County Treasurer, testified in opposition to the bill. Hannah Abelow, representing the Community Economic Defense Project, testified to amend the bill. Ms. Janine Reid, representing the League of Women Voters of Colorado, testified in support of the bill.
