Roberts presented Senate Bill 25-070, concerning online marketplaces and
third-party sellers. The bill requires online marketplaces to notify law
enforcement if a third party seller attempts to sell stolen goods to a
Colorado consumer. A fact sheet was distributed from the Office of the
